Mi occupo in modo tradizionale di tutto il ciclo di produzione, dalla cura della pianta fino alla vendita del vino.

Credo nei valori di una vita semplice dettata dai ritmi della natura. Le origini contadine e la conformazione del paesaggio ereditato dai nostri avi sono fonte d'ispirazione per il mio lavoro.

 

WINE GROWER FOR PASSION

I take care of the whole production cycle in a traditional way, from the care of the plant to the sale of the wine. I believe in the values ​​of a simple life dictated by the rhythms of nature. The peasant origins and the conformation of the landscape inherited from our ancestors are a source of inspiration for my work.

PRODUZIONE TRADIZIONALE

La mia volontà di crescere in armonia con la natura che ci circonda, mi ha portato ad integrare trattamenti biologici e ad evitare diserbi frequenti. Nei miei vigneti coltivo Merlot, Cabernet Franc e nel mio nuovo impianto ho introdotto del Cabernet Sauvignon. I vini sono caratterizzati dai sentori fruttati dati da lunghe macerazioni.

Il filtraggio avviene in modo naturale tramite i travasi invernali.

 

TRADITIONAL PRODUCTION

My desire to grow in harmony with the nature that surrounds us has led me to integrate biological treatments and avoid frequent weeding. In my vineyards I grow Merlot, Cabernet Franc and in my new plant I have introduced Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines are characterized by fruity scents given by long macerations. Filtering occurs naturally through winter decanting.
